A monthly long chant.
Every month in the space, we become friends with a mantra in weekly classes. Move with Mantra is a chance to spend longer with the mantra of the month and farewell it, before we meet our next practice to befriend.
We'll spend our time:
🎵 intention setting
🎵moving and breathing with a short/gentle Kundalini style warm up
🎵31 min chant of our chosen monthly mantra
🎵 sharing the experience/reflection
You'll be set up for comfort and able to use chairs, wall space, props or even lay down to maximise the mantric experience for wherever your body is at. All are welcome, whether you've been coming to classes and have been introduced to the particular mantra, or not.
