Yin, Breath and Mantra - Kyneton

Yin Yoga is a calming, more restorative style of yoga where gentle poses are held for a couple of minutes to get into the connective tissues of the body. We combine this with gentle breath practices to lower stress levels and experience more ease in the body. Then we add a little extra through mantra practice - chanting to bring more balance and coherence to the system. This style of yoga is for all levels of experience.
