1:1 Reiki Session (distance)

Reiki taps into the physical, energetic, mental and spiritual parts of us allowing a natural healing process to take place. A healing session can empower you to move through blockages, feel nurtured and supported and assist you in recognising your innate ability to heal and teach yourself. When you work with me, I assist you to get in touch with your intuition, guides and self.

You Receive:

• A distance Reiki healing session that balances energy
• Diagnostic information about your energy field via video or voice recording
• Guidance/messages on steps to continue to balance and charge energy system
• Information about pre and post Reiki session so you are empowered to support yourself well

Sessions are 60 min. Distance Reiki sessions works in a similar way as an in-person session, except you can receive from the comfort of your own home. Energy is not bound by space and proximity and a Reiki practitioner can pick up on your energetic field from wherever you are in the world. In the case of a distance session you'll receive a video or voice recording with information after the session within 24 hours.
