Wye River Yoga

A morning yoga session to start the day with presence and connection.

We'll move through a series of yoga movements, breath, mantra and stillness. This class will be a combo of slow flow warm up, a sprinkling of kundalini yoga, moving towards yin slowness. Something for everyone!

Everything is invitational and optional. Beginner friendly, with options for those with more yoga experience.
