Yin yoga is a gentle and easeful practice to restore flexibility and vitality. We hold body postures to get into the connective tissues of the body. There is focus on the breath throughout class to nourish and regulate the nervous systems. Classes often begin and end with a short pranayama practice (breathwork) and end with laying down in savasana.
This style of yoga is for all levels of experience.
