Yin and Breath - Maldon

An exhale for your Thursday evening.

Yin yoga is a gentle and easeful practice to restore flexibility and vitality. We hold body postures to get into the connective tissues of the body and open up energetic pathways. There is focus on the breath throughout class to nourish and regulate the nervous systems. Classes often begin and end with a short pranayama practice (breathwork) and end with laying down in savasana.

This style of yoga is for all levels of experience. If getting up and down off the floor is a challenge for you, chairs can be provided. Please let me know in advance.

Classes can be booked casually, or you can purchase a 5 or 10 class pass.

Class is held at Maldon Community Centre.
