Conversation, Q&A on Reiki related things whilst we sip tea. Traditional Japanese Reiki meditation followed by a group Reiki practice. Some months we'll practice on each other, sometimes a guided practice on self.

This is for anyone who’s completed Level I training or above with Awaken Reiki.
